The auction house uses online bidding platforms as a convenience to the buyer. These can be used to execute bids at any time during the auction, including live bidding during the sale. You must be registered and approved by Goose Pond Auction prior to bidding. We will ensure that all requests for approval are processed by 5 PM the day before the sale. If you have not been approved, please contact us.

Online bidding through any of our platforms requires that you enter a valid credit card during the registration process. Bidders without credit card information on file will not be approved. Qualifying to bid via online platforms is subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.

We are unable to guarantee that online registration approvals can be handled on the day of the sale. Please register early if you want to use the online platform to avoid disappointment. We can easily handle most registration issues 24 hours before the sale, but are often unable to respond in a timely manner during the sale.

If you are bidding through an online platform and intend to pick up your purchase in-person, please note that we will not have complete buyer information about successful online bidders until the sale is over and all information is downloaded.

The auction house shall not be held liable or responsible for any outage, errors or failures in the execution of online bids through online bidding platforms or third party hosts. In the event of an outage or failure of one or more online bidding platforms during the sale, the auctioneer may, at his sole discretion, continue, halt or postpone the sale.
