decorated with a tavern scene of men playing checkers. 4 5/8 inches high, 3 7/8 inches diameter, impressed DICKENS WARE WELLER/X227/II. Artist’s initials EP for Edward Pickens and monogram for Charles Upjohn.
Impact to lower right side with three radiating tight lines; otherwise no cracks, chips or repairs. Possible artist’s signature on base.
