Phone Bids:

Auction House provides Absentee and Phone Bidding as a convenience to buyers. Requests for phone lines must be received by 5 PM the day before the sale. There are a limited number of phone lines available and they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your phone line request.

 

Absentee Bids:

Absentee bids must be received by 5 PM the day before the sale. After that time, you must execute bids through one of the online platforms.

Absentee bids will be executed by the auction house competitively. In the case of tie absentee bids, preference will be given to the earlier bid received.

The auction house shall not be held responsible for any errors or failures in the execution of absentee, or phone bids or online bids through third party hosts.
